UVR8 CDS B3
UVR8 CDS was designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and is in position B3. Its 5’ scar is A (because start codon ATG is contained in this sequence) and its 3’ scar is AGGT.
The UVR8 protein serves as a regulator of the transcription of a set of genes [2], and dimerizes with COP1 under UV radiation
Thymidine in position 18 was replaced with cytidine as to remove PstI site and make part compatible with RFC10 standard.
